Formal in February...
Okay so it is February and I am already looking at formal dresses. No one I know has a formal or prom on this year but every year I just get so excited and end up with a shopping cart full of formal dresses. I am hopeless- I know.
So far this year I have had a lot of time on my hands and I have been online looking at pretty dresses constantly. I have been looking at my regular hastags (#formalwear, #promdresses, #formal dresses, and all of the other combinations) on Instagram and Pinterest, but I've also been having a look through a new online store that I found called Milly Bridal and in particular the Milly. Girl Prom collection. Milly Bridal is an American/UK site, depending on which address you head to, that specalise in wedding, bridesmaid, prom, formal, and evening dresses. The deal is you can order a particular size of a dress or even send in your own measurements and they will custom make the dress for you. You are also not limited to sizes as they make dresses from the smallest to largest sizes to cater for all of us. It is estimated on the site that it takes around 30 days to make your dress and then just under a week for it to be sent to you!
After searching for AGES through the pages, I have found my top five dresses and wanted to share them with you!
You can order all of these dresses in really any colour that you wish. I really liked the colours shown in the pictures and the way they looked. I loved these dresses because they all looked like something that would sit well on my (tiny) little boobies and the dusty pinks in some of them are a colour that looks really good on me.
The black dress is actually one that I short listed for my own formal three years ago. I found a picture of it once and could never find it again, so I gave up on trying to find it. To be honest, I was absolutely devastated when I scrolled across it to see how cheap it was and that I could custom order it too!
To anyone trying to find their perfect formal or prom dress this year- good luck. My biggest piece of advice is dont settle for something unless YOU love it!
